Who do we help?

RE>BUILD’s furniture, paint, and removal services are available, by appointment, to low income families and individuals in the Bury area. In addition, support workers can refer people with disabilities, as well as low income families and individuals, to the Odd Job scheme.

Low income families and individuals in other areas, especially Rochdale and Heywood, can also access the furniture or paint provision by appointment (please note that there is a delivery charge for people outside the Bury area).

If you are in receipt of an income based benefit, for example, Income Support, Housing or Council Tax Benefit, or Working Families Tax Credit, we can provide you with good quality second-hand furniture and other household goods a low cost. All furniture is delivered free of charge at a time that is convenient to you.

Agencies such as Social Services, other statutory agencies, or local charities or voluntary groups can refer clients directly. A Referral form can be downloaded here.
